Free Live Peer Support Group Call on 11.8.16
My on line live peer group is forming, starting next week 11.8.16 at 11 am - 12:15 pm (Pacific Time). This group will connect those that are living with a TBI, are higher functioning, often feel isolated, overwhelmed, burned out and over stimulated. We come together online to inspire, to encourage, to share, to learn from each other and to celebrate life. I will guide actives such as mediation, body centered awareness exercises/movement and give art work assignments. The content and activities will be determined largely by the group members needs. I will use my professional background as a psychotherapist and years of experience of recovering from my TBI to facilitate this group.
